Project objective: Ensure IT service continuity.
Solution: Our cloud-based cooperation started with the migration of the retailer's corporate email system to CROC's Virtual Data Center. The migration took just two days and was decided upon due to the fact that the failure of the customer's server had partially stopped the operation of all back office personnel for some time. While prompt procurement was impossible, the retailer's management decided that the most reasonable option was to leverage a cloud provider's services. Since then, the customer has migrated other infrastructure services to CROC's cloud, including the Active Directory, file service, centralized resource backup system, and a block of the ERP system.
