Customer: Confectionery manufacturer
Project objective: Cease large one-time infrastructure investments and reduce costs.
Solution: The project was implemented in two stages. Following the pilot migration of Microsoft Lync system to the cloud, other customer services were migrated to CROC's Virtual Data Center, including ERP, HRMS, Lotus-based corporate email, and Active Directory. Some of these services can be turned off during the weekends, thus additionally reducing cloud capacity consumption.
