CROC’s data center IT service management systems have been recertified for compliance with GOST R ISO 9001-2015, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 20000:2011 standards.

CROC’s data center IT service management systems have been recertified for compliance with GOST R ISO 9001-2015, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 20000:2011 standards. An audit confirmed the excellence of data center outsourcing, cloud and managed services powered by CROC’s data centers, including customer service, engineering and computing system operation, and feedback collection.

CROC tailored its data center services to offer customers even more opportunities for digital transformation of their businesses. To enjoy uninterrupted business processes, around 300 Russian and international companies are hosting their key IT systems in CROC’s cloud and data centers certified by the Uptime Institute for compliance with Tier III Gold Certification of Operational Sustainability standard. Banks, retail chains, and digital service providers utilize CROC’s data centers to host their online stores, automated banking systems, payment processing platforms, and other core components of their digital infrastructures.

Auditors noted the high level of technological innovation at CROC’s data centers, including a chatbot to automatically handle customers’ requests, computer room microclimate management solutions, and optimization of standard service processes.

To further improve customer service, CROC has developed a special chatbot, which offers the best route to the data center, displays shuttle schedules, and automatically orders a pass card or provides access to a guest Wi-Fi network, while also accelerating helpdesk response time.

To improve service quality and reliability, the data center now features proprietary IoT-based precision microclimate monitoring systems, as well as hot and cold aisle containment solutions. Data from wireless humidity and temperature sensors helps operators check the microclimate in computer rooms accommodating customers’ equipment.

In addition, another new solution separates air flows in hot and cold aisles and can quickly switch a data center to a more energy-saving mode and provide even cooling in computer rooms.

As a result, data center life-support systems run more effectively, while CROC has increased compliance with SLA terms and can install servers and storage systems without worrying about how much heat they produce. By maintaining optimum temperature and humidity levels, data centers consume less electricity, become more energy-efficient and allow for more flexible management of engineering systems.

Furthermore, these solutions are also offered as managed services.

Previously, CROC’s data centers and cloud had also been certified for compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Consequently, CROC’s customers (financial organizations, online stores, payment service providers, and other businesses accepting card payments on their websites) can now enjoy data protection that meets global standards.
