4 minutes

IT company CROC has yet again confirmed its Cisco Gold Certified Partner status, the highest Cisco Channel Partner Program level, thus demonstrating superior customer satisfaction and proven capabilities to provide service and support Cisco products and solutions. In addition, CROC has renewed its Master status under the Cisco Cloud and Managed Services Program.

CROC continues to actively collaborate with Cisco and advance its expertise in sales, implementation, and support of the vendor’s solutions in Russia. In 2020, CROC celebrates its 18th consecutive year as a Cisco Gold Partner.

Recertification confirms that CROC meets all Cisco program requirements, including that of employing a sufficient number of Cisco certified engineers, particularly Cisco Certified Internetwork Experts (CCIE) of the highest level of proficiency.

Today, CROC has several Cisco specializations:

  • Advanced Enterprise Networks Architecture

  • Advanced Security Architecture

  • Advanced Collaboration Architecture

  • Advanced Data Center Architecture

In addition, CROC renewed its Cloud and Managed Services Master status, thus confirming its expertise in design, implementation, support, and operation of respective services. This internationally recognized certification allows CROC to provide cloud services authorized by the vendor, which means that CROC can offer Cisco Systems solutions to customers from its own cloud.

Cloud and Managed Services Master status enables CROC to provide the following services:

  • Managed Security

  •  Managed Business Communications

  •  Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)

  • Cisco SD-WAN (CROC is the only Russia-based certified partner capable of providing Cisco SD-WAN as a service)

"Cisco Gold Partners receive the most generous support and beneficial terms of contracts and specialist training, thus allowing customers an opportunity to leverage the most advanced technologies and enjoy guaranteed high quality technical expertise and qualified support.”

Natalia Dyakonova, Director of Telecom Department, CROC

"Congratulating CROC on its Gold recertification, we are confident that excellent qualifications and expertise in key technologies will help CROC team even more actively offer and implement Cisco solutions that drive digital business transformation."

Natalya Mishina, Director of Partner Organization, Cisco Russia
